Beerze Bulten has a special sauna area with 4 different saunas and a rest room. The ideal place to relax completely! There is also a roof terrace with a refreshing shower. Our beauty team gives a few tips below if you choose to drop by our sauna!
Take a shower
Before you start a sauna session, always start with a shower! This will help you already get used to the warmer temperature and open up your pores.
Infrared sauna
Going to an infrared sauna for the first time? Then sit on the lowest bench in the sauna! This way you can slowly get used to the high temperatures and it won't be too hot all at once.
Go outside
Even if it is very cold and a bit inclement outside; fresh air does your body and mind good! Take a refreshing shower on the roof terrace, for example.
Private sauna
Would you rather enjoy an undisturbed sauna? Then there is the possibility of renting a private sauna for yourself or several people!
Take a break
It is best to take a break of at least about 20 minutes after each sauna session. That way your body has enough time and can recover properly!
Swimwear day
During these days, wearing swimwear is mandatory in our sauna. If this is your preference, please check the website or app for more information!
